Gloria Lorenzo(1957)
Gloria Lorenzo, a Cuban artist, graduated from the renowned art school
of San Alejandro, and has since the past fifteen years, made Florida her
home.
She is an accomplished ceramist, who also enjoys working other mediums,
namely oil and acrylic painting and a variety of limited edition print
techniques.
Her iconography is essentially abstract, but her forms are organic and
sensual, always evoking nature and its mysteries.
She has exhibited throughout the United States, Cuba and Mexico and has
had a variety of articles written on her work.
