Glyn Jones (1925-1998)
Glyn Jones was born in Ireland, but traveled amply, including to the
Cuban Caribbean and Florida in the United States, and in so doing, made
the world his home.
His works always spoke of mythological themes and the historical events
they embodied in their symbolism. His brush stroke was always harmonious,
and the textures evident in his works, always an addition of strength
and depth to his always balanced and aesthetic canvases.
His career included many exhibitions throughout Europe and the United
States, and he is part of many respectable collections, including Hispanic
television networks such as Univision.
