Javier Marin (1964)
This artist was born in the Andean part of Venezuela, whose landscapes
are often present in his creations.
He has studied and developed his painting and limited edition printing
techniques throughout his career, thus bringing a richness in the use
of varied artistic expressions to his body of work.
Javier Marin has had his work exhibited in the United States, Europe and
Latin America. He has been the object of many articles, where his art
has been described as a cross between figuration and abstraction, a marriage
between classicism and modernism.
This artist is the proud holder of a United Sates’ residency based
on his extraordinary talent, an honor bestowed only unto few. He continues
to work and exhibit in the United States and abroad.
